Senior Scientist (Research and Development)

• Enable end-to-end development of new products from design to launch
• Derive strong consumer insights through qualitative and quantitative research with consumers, that led to the product design
• Manage initiative's product design to launch details through seamless collaboration with multifunctional teams across different global R&D sites and different functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Science or Engineering fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in R&D of baby care/personal hygiene products
• Experience in Consumer insights and market trends analysis
• Experience in multiple projects/programmes management
