Responsibilities

Managing IT projects and support infrastructure hardware and software technologies upgrades and implementation

Hands on network operations and management, which includes incidence response, problem management, and change management
This role requires a serviced focused individual with a technical knowledge of active network equipment and verbal and written skills.

Requirements
5+ years of Network Engineering experience.
Experience in implementation and troubleshooting of firewall DNS routing & switching technologies and load balancers.
Troubleshooting of data network (LAN/WAN) and or large enterprise network
Exposure to design, implementation and maintenance of routing/ switching/ VOIP environment
Knowledge in telecommunications infrastructure and equipment
Experience in Network devices i.e. firewalls and routers
Good understanding of application security
Open to standby basis to respond to critical situations
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a passion for resolving issues once and once properly.
