• To coach, guide, train and supervise the sales team for pipes and fittings products
• Responsible for delegating/assign work/inquiries to the sales team
• To oversee the sales team activities and responsible for project progress
• In charge of commercial negotiation with customers and provide technical support to them
• To perform negotiation with mills/suppliers
• To develop new suppliers/mills for these products
• Strategic planning for business development of the company
• Degree in any engineering
• Good product knowledge in pipes, fittings, structural steel, in the oil and gas/marine and offshore industries is mandatory (at least 10 to 30 years experience)
• Good sourcing capability/connection for suppliers/mills/manufacturers from the same trade
• Exposure in managing indoor or outdoor sales team, able to coach and supervise subordinates, at least 10 to 30 years experience in management.
