A leading System Integrator has established their footprint and further expanded their technology practices and solution offerings across Asia is in the hunt for a passionate Service Sales Specialist to join their exciting team in Singapore.
Working closely with the customers as a trusted consultant for the customers to align the right services with their business and growth to ensure that the customers realizes the value and reaps the benefits of the services rendered.
- Introduce company's portfolio of services to achieve higher mindshare in various customer vertical
- Engage with customers regularly to update services offering and understand customers' pain points
- Proactively develop and nurture relationships with key accounts to upsell the services
- Identify influencers and key stakeholders within the customers' organization
- Prepare sales proposal and compliance, conduct high impact sales presentations
- Work closely with the sales team to assist them in winning services and support opportunities
- Keep track on customer renewals and trends pertaining to services
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Diploma in Business or related
- 2 years of experience in IT/ inside sales function
- Customer service oriented
- Self-motivated and good team player to synergize with various department
- Hunter and willing to take challenge
- Business acumen and excellent communicator
- Independent and self-motivated to drive outcomes
- Experience and good knowledge of Cisco products
- Singaporeans only
