Job Descriptions:

• Take charge of the social media operation (eg. Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn and Reddit), drive new traffic to the platform, grow the business in an organic way
• Make weekly and monthly publish a plan, track the performance and generate a weekly and monthly report.
• Respond to comments and customer/audience queries and improve social care infrastructures
• Monitor social media metrics for content improvement recommendations and daily optimisation
• Design some social media generic campaigns, like for festivals, crypto special events, seasonal promotion etc.
• Take charge of the SM paid ads, like facebook ads, youtube ads etc.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in managing social media channels
• Have a strong marketing sense of the target clients' interest and need
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
