Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding business processes and identifying business requirements and translate into functional specifications
- Assist in supporting multiple applications systems and platforms
- Perform as a Level 2 Incident Support for various applications to ensure business continuity through analysis of incidents, implementation of interim workarounds to deployment of fixes
- Assist in supporting multiple applications systems and platforms
- Adhere to company, project and support standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
- At least 3 years working experience in managing and supporting in MS .NET technology based web/mobile web systems and iOS/Android apps and MS SQL
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis in technical writing skills
- Keen appreciation of business needs and strong interest in business processes and process re-engineering
