Main activities / tasks:

• As member of project team, to build the infrastructure based on the project requirements
• To ensure that Infrastructure implementations are completed within the agreed timeframe, scope, cost optimization, without compromising quality.
• Create documentation on installation and configuration procedures
• To maintain the stability, measured by the outage number and duration of the Infrastructure systems by maintaining the implementation quality and the lifecycle of the systems.
• To ensure that accurate hardware and software inventory is maintained.
• To work with the project and operational teams and ensure that the systems are delivered and accepted by client as per the project schedule.
• To ensure efficient and reliable operations of the systems, and to participate in activities such as system upgrades planning, systems and application troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring.
• To be technical lead and subject matter expert to provide architectural, technical and operation know-how to clients.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of core Infrastructure services and functions (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.)
• Thorough understanding of Active Directory design and Group Policy Administration
• Understanding of core messaging technologies (SMTP, Exchange, etc.)
• Create documentation on installation and configuration procedures
• Ability to participate in multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Ability to design, configure and monitor highly available solutions
• Strong networking knowledge
• Excellent Customer-oriented skills
• Excellent Database skills MS SQL
• Excellent in IIS management

Education, qualifications, and special training

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 2 years of experience in infrastructure
• Experience working with VMware ESXi
• Experience in Windows Server environment
• Experience in SAN setup & administration
• Experience in web technology
