Job Scope:

• Implement, install and set up of various products and services related to Cash Management systems
• Develop customized solutions or enhancements to interface internal system with bank's platform and others
• Management of interface project communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct user training either on site or via teleconferencing
• Troubleshoot and/or provide on/off site support for internal/external parties
• Perform data registration and maintenance
• Compile and analyse data for report purposes and documentations
• Perform other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent and above
• Proficient in basic programming and troubleshooting
