- Liaise with universities to organize focused career talks and events.
- Liaise with government organisations
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn
- Utilizing Talent Insights tool to gather data for briefing to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- With 5years of Recruiter experience
- Ideally experienced in recruiting Research & Development functions
- Good communication skills, customer focused, able to handle stakeholders well.
