Responsibilities

• Provide customers professional system integration guide.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during customers' integration process.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers' inquires.
• Track customers' integration process.
• Gather customers' suggestions, and report to backend technical team.
• Work closely with solution architect for customer consultation.

Requirements

• Must be degree holders in Software Engineer, Computer Science, or other IT-related majors.
• Have hands-on experience in Java or python or shell or js, etc.
• Understand essential computer science topics, including database, networking, cryptography, etc.
• Have at least two years working experience in Technical or Application Support Engineer or similar role.
