As the Visual Designer, you will be responsible for visual design for our client's digital products, fmarketing and brand to ensure that the visual identity of client's customer experience is consistent, inspiring and of the highest quality to deliver value to our customers and to the business.

Job Description

• Responsible for the design of delightful and visually distinct digital products, collateral and assets for our owned channels and campaigns including but not limited to website assets, marketing materials such as emails, digital banners.
• Support UX designers on platform design including creation of design system, component library and iconography.
• Support the visual design of wireframes, prototypes and UX journey mapping.
• Support research, user testing, detailed prototype design creation.
• Drive visual design innovation and improvements in user experience.
• A team player who can collaborate and work with UX designers, product managers, tech / developers and the brand and marketing team.
• Attention to details and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.

Your skills and experience

• Can work independently and prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a visual designer in digital.
• Experience in creating and managing design systems and component libraries.
• Experience in print design and branded collateral.
• Expertise and excellence at colour, typography, layout, art direction.
• Able to understand and deliver work based on complex customer and business requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to turn requirements into concepts into deliverables.
• Experience and knowledge in animation, motion graphics and illustration will be a plus.
• Experience in banking and financial products will be a plus.
