Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone with proven skill set, experience and working knowledge with Unified Communication, Video voice and telepresence portfolio.

• Identify and analyze customer's application UC and Video requirements
• Define and align customer's requirement with Unified Communication, Video voice and telepresence levels
• Perform Unified Communication, Video voice and telepresence implementation and deployment activities
• Participate in UC management and reporting
• Develop technical configuration and deployment documentation
• Provide technical consultancy and training to customer's staff
• Provide Standby Service Support duties
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

• At least two years experience with IT, AV products or in technical / pre-sales support as a sales or system engineer
• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• CCNA Certification would be an added advantage
• Team player and can work independently
• Resourceful and meticulous
• Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external vendors
