The Account Specialist will be responsible for increasing product usage per user and accelerating lead conversion.
As well as working to ensure the retention and progression of existing customers, actively building relationships, delivering up to date product information.
Key Skills and Qualification:
- Managing incoming sales leads and nurturing to conversion
- Delivering up-to-date technical product updates to new and existing customers
- Actively implementing sales campaigns at the guidance of the marketing and communication teams
- Adhering to best practices for tracking, recording and documenting relevant commercial intelligence
- Providing office-based support to the field sales team in active territories
- Academic Degree in Life Sciences/Biology discipline or relevant field
- Successfully with Sales Management through distribution business channels, international business environment in related industry
