The Account Specialist (Inside Sales) delivered proficient sales to a defined list of current and prospective customers, utilize all marketing plan and materials designed for respective clients. Responsible for increasing product usage per user and accelerating lead conversion. Ensure the retention and progression of existing customers, actively building relationships, delivering up to date product information.
Key Skills:
- Managing incoming sales leads and nurturing to conversion
- Maintain and expand database of prospects
- Delivering up-to-date technical product updates to new and existing customers
- Actively implementing sales campaigns at the guidance of the marketing and communication teams
- Adhering to best practices for tracking, recording and documenting relevant commercial intelligence
- Providing office-based support to the field sales team in active territories
Qualification:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree/Doctorate (PhD) in Life Sciences/Biology/Genetics or relevant field
- Experience in a Life Science laboratory, Research or related field with customer-facing experience
