Job Summary:

Provides support and ensure maintenance for various software/hardware license and maintenance contracts are renewed. Maintain and update the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance TeamSite for IM8 compliance.

Job Scope:

• Monitor various software/hardware license and maintenance contract life cycle.
• Maintain and ensure that the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance team site is up-to-date.
• Liaise with various vendors for budgetary quotation.
• Prepare various procurement documents, e.g. Submit Request for Purchase in IT system, approval paper, tender specification, tender evaluation & tender recommendation for award;
• Process e-invoice payment for the license and contract cost.
• Assist in providing and extracting data for audit purposes.
• Any other related tasks as assigned by the Corporation.
