• Handling of servicing and maintenance for demo equipment or equipment sent for repair from the customers
• Handle technical communication with HQ
• Preparing technical information, handling and liaising regarding technical requests and troubleshooting with customers
• Onsite support / set up,
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical Engneering
