Job Description
- Manage, maintain and configure BI Tools and support Business users
- To provide technical problem resolution for issues within the Business Intelligence and Visualization tools. essentially be part of service work in maintaining system availability and troubleshooting.
- Build a framework for Data Governance with higher priority towards Data Catalog to achieve the required level of data consistency, quality and protection to meet overall business needs.
- Provide incident resolution, Upgrades and Project Delivery for BI Tools.
- Proactively involve in service improvement & problem management, is responsible for the Identification, Evaluation and Recommendation of improvements based on best practices and/or requests from business users
Job requirements
- 7+ years of working experience in Business Intelligence/ Data Warehousing tools like SAP BO, Data Services, Business Warehouse in Configuring / Administering / Patching / Upgrading.
- Proven experience in Administering / Development Experience in Visualization tools like PowerBI, Qlik.
- 3+ years of experience in any Data Governance / Catalog tools like Alation / Informatica.
- Working Experience in any ETL tool.
- Exposure to Report/Queries Development in BO / BW.
- Experience in production application support/BAU.
- Desirable to have migration experience of major BO Versions.
