Job Description
- Evaluating, managing and assisting to implement FM business opportunities in Singapore
- Using financial modeling, such as cash flow analysis, projections, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis
- Analyse of facilities management vendor pertaining towards property mix
- Project management, property management on commercial asset
- Preparation and review of business and tender proposal
- Review of new building technology and implementation towards client or stakeholder
Requirement
- Degree / Master holder from recognized university
- Business development experience in Facility Management / Property related industry within Singapore
- Familiar with Local Tender process
- Creative thinker
- Singaporean only
(Candidate without Singapore working experience will not be shortlisted)
