Mandated by our client who is a growing startup in transport management offering SaaS solutions to look for passionate and highly motivated Business Development Executive to manage SME market segment in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Source for and develop new leads & prospects, and account-manage existing customers
- Engage with and close sales bookings with new and existing customers
- Develop and manage new and existing sales channels, both locally and regionally as required
- Develop and execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Develop, execute and track sales and marketing campaigns, and co-development of collaterals
- Support business development activities, including drafting of sales proposals, business partnerships and general grant management
- Formulate and document customer segmentation and product positioning strategies
- Develop and implement sales management processes and reporting
- Develop and document sales & marketing operating plans
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of corporate sales experience; SaaS/Software sales experience is advantageous
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong written and spoken communication
- Eager to learn, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong inter-personal skills, energetic, and self-starting
- Candidates with the right aptitude without relevant experience will also be considered
