Responsibilities:

  1. Direct development of corporate sustainability strategy or roadmap
  2. Set long term corporate responsibility goals
  3. Drive and implement CSR initiatives to address community social, environmental and economic challenges
  4. Plan and execute outreach programs including but not limited to
    • Corporate Governance
    • Human Rights
    • Labor Practices
    • Environment
    • Fair Operating Practices
  5. Monitor performance metrics to demonstrate achievement of corporate responsibility
  6. Establish performance management monitoring tools
  7. Capture current and emerging sustainability issues and share best practices with internal teams


Requirements:

  • You have strong interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels including internal and external stakeholders as well as business leaders
  • You are highly analytical and have great projector event management skills
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • You are familiar with GRI guidelines and materiality assessment
