Our client is actively involving in the Singapore Smart Nation initiatives and on the search for passionate Customer Experience Manager to join their organization.

  • Lead, design and develop customer experience strategy by understanding customers' concern and practices
  • Work with different stakeholders to map out customers' experience, identify the pain points and create solutions to address these issues
  • Augment the customer experience and cultivate their satisfaction
  • Analyse the data to create action plans for customer experience

To be successful in this role, you should have

  • Prior experience in mentoring team
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Good communication skills
  • Resourceful, independent, highly driven and self-motivated, resilient and versatile to manage diversity and ambiguity
