- Be proficient in digital currency or blockchain and keep up with general market conditions
- Be familiar with company's trading platform and provide clients with first class trading experience.
- Diligently and effectively manage and follow up the enquiry/complaints of the current/prospective clients through live chat or email
- Understand customers 'needs and convert it constructive feedback to managements.
- Continuously seek for improvement to enhance team's performance and work efficiency.
- Serve as customer representative in Asia Pacific region, including Korea, candidate will be required to liaise with customers in the APAC region, including Korea.
- Possess a Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Able to communicate and write in fluent Korea (business language proficiency) as the incumbent is expected to communicate both verbally and in writing with non-English speaking Korean clients
- Work on weekends or shifts from home are required
