Responsibilities
- Installation and provide support in initial operations for Cybersecurity projects and services
- Delivering information security portfolio deployments for existing clients
- Engagement with onboarding new customers to Cybersecurity portfolio services
- Provisioning of operational documentation to Business as usual operations teams
- Assist with ongoing development of portfolio
- Engage in the deployment and exploitation of the specified Security services
- Assist with transition into operational service
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Ensure appropriate level of training is provided to all security operations staff on new and existing products and services
- Assist with mentoring and training of junior staff where required
Requirements
- Only SINGAPOREANS need apply
- Minimum Diploma holders
- Minimum 2 years of technology security experience with exposure to SIEM (Security information and event management) or IAM (Identity and access management)
- Familiar with Cyberark or related security tools
