My client is a fast growing provider of IT and telecommunications design, technical and maintenance services for MNC and SME's and they are looking for a Data Center Engineer to assist with their daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of incoming tickets for processing, providing of support to clients through phone, email or portal.
- Mounting of equipment on racks, perform power verifications and power cycling of equipment, ensuring components such as hard disk and ram are functioning.
- Support in troubleshooting of physical connectivity and perform cable patching
- Managing of cable inventory records, compiling of statistics and reports.
- Work closely with vendors to resolve technical issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting of networks and preparation of monthly reports for customers and internal use.
Requirements
- Singaporeans only
- CCENT Or CCNA Certification will be beneficial
- Prior experience in telecommunication field or data center will be beneficial
- Good interpersonal skills
