Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and perform analysis on a range of market systems with a focus on markets in the Netherlands
• Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
• Support global customer issues in a timely manner
• Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to Dutch and vice versa
• Liaise with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels to verify data
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Experience with in-house CRM
• Experience in technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred
• Able to read and write in Dutch (min. B2 CEFR or equivalent) to liaise with Netherlands customers in their native language and to ensure accuracy of database
• Working schedule: Tues - Sat / Sun - Thurs
• Required to work on Public Holiday
