Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research on a range of market systems with a focus on European markets, by gathering and analysing information written in German and English
Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
Support global customer issues in a timely manner
Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to German and vice versa
Liaise with German-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels to verify data
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor Degree with 1 year of experience in technical support or other problem-solving position
Able to read and write in German (min. ILCE German B2 CEFR or equivalent) to liaise with German-speaking customers in Europe and to ensure accuracy of database
Experience with in-house CRM
Fluency in English is a must
