Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research and perform analysis on a range of market systems with a focus on markets in Korea
Quality assurance on data integrity using in-house tools
Support global customer issues in a timely manner
Edit content to maintain the accuracy of the database, which involves translating text written in English to Korean and vice versa
Liaise with Korean-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels to verify data
Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
At least a Bachelor Degree with 1 year of experience in technical support or other problem-solving position
Experience with in-house CRM
Fluency in English is a must
Able to read and write in Korean (min TOPIK II Level 4) to liaise with Korean-speaking customers in their native language and to ensure accuracy of database
Working schedule: Sun - Thurs/Tues - Sat
