Responsibilities:

• You will lead and motivate a team of marketing specialists focusing on developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing the digital marketing campaigns for clients from various industries.
• You will plan and implement all online campaigns, email, marketing database, and leads generation campaigns
• You will measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• You will develop innovative growth strategies
• You will test and optimize marketing tactics for user acquisition and conversion
• You will evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• You have knowledge of b2b & b2c sales cycle and how to optimize for better ROI for clients in various portfolios

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital and social marketing
• Strong experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Keyhole, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
