Role Highlights:
The mission of the Experis Director APME is to lead the execution of the global Experis business transformation strategy and actions for growth in collaboration with countries. The role will deliver annual plan commitments for the region.
The role requires providing product, sales and operations support in setting up delivery structures, KPIs, capability development, and similar actions to drive operations excellence.
The Experis Leader will participate and contribute to global brand strategy and growth as a member of global BLT representing APME.
Focus would be on business transformation and developing new capabilities that are essential to win in the fast-evolving external environment. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the marketplace.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Knowledge of IT industry: Deep experience in talent acquisition (deployment and retention) and service delivery in IT including contemporary and emerging technologies

  2. Sales and Client Management: The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to adapt quickly to changes in the marketplace and a flair for sales and account management. The role would work closely with global, regional and country sales teams to develop and manage key client relationships.

  3. Strategic Planning: Develop innovative strategies to drive employee engagement and design people processes based on a solid understanding of our competitive landscape, regulatory environment, emerging business models, industry developments and opportunities for expansion across clients and markets.

  4. Leadership & Management: Actively support the Leadership team in country to develop and foster an entrepreneurial, performance-driven, service-orientated and collaborative culture. Support the countries in attracting, building and retaining a pool of talent while developing organization capabilities to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving external environment.

  5. Operational Excellence: Drive productivity and efficiency across business through metrics-driven performance culture. Share best practices, assess capabilities and work with People & Culture to provide training and upskilling to bridge capability gaps.

  6. Technology: Leverage technology for efficient internal processes/controls and drive business growth in line with the fast-changing external environment.

  7. Profile & Experience:

    • A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading and growing IT services business in a large multinational corporate environment, covering both sales and delivery operations with P&L ownership, in a regional role covering multiple countries and cultures

    • Experience in identifying and addressing challenges relating to talent acquisition, training and development, particularly in emerging technologies and high demand skills

    • Advanced leadership and professional expertise resulting from experience in managing teams in a matrix organization

    • Solid understanding of the role of technology in driving future business models and experience in leveraging technology to address business drivers

    • Core competencies in typical leadership success factors such as leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, problem solving, results driven and financial management

    • Detail oriented with financial acumen and ability to leverage metrics to drive operational excellence

    • High ego resiliency
