• Maintaining project tracking list with various details such as AR, SAP Project number,

Plant, Units, Budget, commitment, balance and closure status

• Maintaining Capex man hour tracking file for engineering, site engineering contractors

and subcontractors for construction works for each week / month. Verifying their time

sheets and maintaining copy of the time sheet along with time clock printouts

• Creating project definition, maintaining SAP WBS structure, creating PM orders and

coordinating with cost controlling to maintain budget after approval of each AR

• Creating PR in SAP and ProShop for various project materials and services,

maintaining PR / PO tracking file for easy follow up

• Creating AR forms for capital spares and maintaining asset disposal forms
• Preparing Capex AUC completion forms for each AR / WBS and follow up with cost

controlling for each month

• Submitting accrual details to cost controlling and ensuring proper accrual for

materials to deliver and services completed as per Capex manager input

• Associating the WBS PMO to respecting man hours as per approved time sheet and

creating PR. After approval of PR / PO, follow up for their claim and verify each claim

for final approval by Capex manager for each month. Maintaining records of each

month claims in server. Performing GR for the services PO per month to ensure proper

booking

• Supporting global controlling activities such as creating approved projects in GCM

database, and closing them after submitting AUC completion forms

• Supporting to prepare N99 reports for small projects quarterly, assist in preparing MIP,

FC1, FC2 and FC3 and providing breakdown (SGD/USD/Euro) for FC1, FC2 & FC3

• Maintaining Estimate Man hours estimation files for each contractor
• Maintaining Payment Records for Authority and coordinating for effective payment

with Finance

• To perform other assigned CAPEX duties as directed by Head of CAPEX

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Finance (General/Cost Accounting)
• A minimum of 5 years of experiences in CAPEX or relevant experience
• Advanced skills in accounting software user and administration skills
• Detailed-oriented and ability to work independently
