What you will be doing:
Strategic account planning and management:
- Strategic acquisition of Global accounts (with strong focus in APAC region) and delivery of profitable, long term business of these accounts to the company.
- Devise account-based plans and execute across multiple regions.
- Technical sales & Commercial negotiations across their geographies.
- To assess customer and market trends and provide timely and accurate revenue forecasting
- To accelerate revenue growth by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in targeted accounts
- Formulate and coomunicate market information to management and key stakeholders.
Contractual Service Delivery:
- To work collaboratively to ensure delivery of all agreed service requirements for nominated global accounts.
- To ensure quality level, functionality and capability of services for specific customers in conjunction with the Global Service team.
You are good at:
- Account management and planning for major clients across regions with large volume and margins
- Develope and execute effective sales plans for achieving business growth targets and initiating market development efforts.
- Experience in customer acquisition in a repeat business environment (either services or product sales).
