SUMMARY
Provides local IT, logical security and end user support for regional and global IT teams in the delivery of global IT projects.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Infrastructure and Operation

• Installation, configure and upgrade of IT hardware (servers, routers, network devices) and software applications
• Maintenance of IT equipment (Office & Production network)
• Conduct routine system/housekeeping tasks to ensure optimal and compliant environment operation
• Direct, plan and maintain system backup/recovery solutions
• Harden the infrastructure (patch, MAC address filtering, GPO) as per requirements
• Manage IT inventory including warranties and supplies requirement, etc.
• Vendor Management for all related IT infrastructure including service agreement renewal

Logical Security

• Implementation of IT security as per Global IT Security Policy
• Perform security checks - Firewall logs and configuration audit, AV updates, Wifi scan, internal VA, software inventory, VPN configuration and other compliance tasks
• Review and investigate generated security alerts triggered from the Firewall, Logchecker and other monitoring system
• Prepare and update the required procedures / documentation as per requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, and/or Engineering discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience implementing IT infrastructure and Security
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Knowledge of VMWare
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as servers, routers, switches, network and other technical support
• Familiar with Firewall (CISCO ASA), access rights management, anti-virus setup
• Experience with incident ticketing systems, workstation management systems and imaging
