Responsibilities

• Involve and support in building management systems, data analytics and business intelligence projects
• Analyse building data to derive predictions for effective interventions by Facilities Management team
• Manage multi-data sources and platforms, applying analytics to identify co-relations
• Assist to establish and review IT architecture, standards, design and implementation approaches of existing and future systems used for facility monitoring, management and workflows
• Implement new technology and systems to improve facilities operation productivity for company's developments
• Keep in pace with the latest data management and analytics tools and methodology

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Skilled in data analytics and data sciences
• Able to perform data modelling tasks (extraction, loading, transformation) and data wrangling tasks (fusion, cleansing, masking, augmentation), as well as apply analytics
• Familiar with IoT Architecture
• Familiarity with Iconics will be a bonus
• Familiarity with either OPC, Modbus, BACnet, DALI, DMX, LoRA or DSRC will be a bonus
