Responsibilities:

• Designing for business impact by building an understanding of user needs and challenges to create digital learning products and employee development programmes with added value
• Utilising digital tools and iterative working practices (particularly Agile Scrum and Kanban) to produce innovative and effective solutions
• Acting as an advocate and coach to build digital mindset, skills and capability for the Learning & Development team and for the Supply & Trading business, especially around UX and iterative product frameworks.
• Reviewing the current learning catalogue to understand the value and impact for our learners
• Undertaking audience and user research to inform design and determine performance outcomes; reviewing analytics data and applying actionable insights
• Understanding human behaviour and demonstrating how we might effectively apply it to our learning products
• Consulting with the business by working with partners across the global Academy, building up their understanding, awareness and capability in user-centred design and digital learning
• Managing projects and working groups - collaborating across boundaries to deliver on time and within budget
• Challenging convention and staying at the cutting edge of digital technology and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative learning solutions

Requirements:

• Degree educated or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in digital product, design, psychology or human-computer interaction
• A strong and varied portfolio delivering digital learning products/solutions across a range of industries.
• Strong collaboration and personal organisational skills, with demonstrable relevant experience
• Excellent client relationship skills; evidence of having developed strong working relationships with clients in areas related to performance improvement or learning
• Experience of working with global, blue-chip organisations to deliver large-scale and small projects to audiences
• Experience of needs analysis techniques and requirements-gathering approaches, or experience and understanding of user behaviour
• Knowledge of UX development, research tools and data analytics best practice
• Extensive experience designing and developing content and validating taxonomy and information architecture
• Extensive experience in delivering projects using iterative and collaborative user-centred design approaches including Agile
