Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Market Sample Management / Library Management
- Liaise with SEA market teams for coordination on product shipments to Singapore

• Track and record arriving shipment contents
• Arrange Shipments from Singapore to other markets
  
  2. Management:
  - Liaise with team for preparation of our thematic collections
  - Announce and distribute the collections to key stakeholders
• Coordinate process (orders, follow up….) with overseas colleagues
  
  3. Presentations:
• Wins Updates: Quarterly preparation of wins documents
• Brand News: Monthly compilation and distribution of new market product launches
• Submission Documents: Ad hoc preparation of ppt documents to describe submissions to customers
  
  4. Process Efficiency:
• Ensuring all received files are properly uploaded and available for consultation
• Communication on new files and materials available
• Liaising with marketing team in throughout APAC to ensure proper communication and access to materials
• Organizing information and materials
• Following up with APAC team for timely feedback on requested topics
  
  5. Market Analysis and Trend Scouting:
• Data analysis & supporting on category market reviews (beauty, personal care, household products)
• Using our online tools and subscriptions to track the market for relevant trends
• Desk research on topics as required by customer projects
  
  6. Support Marketing Director
  Presentation building, workshops, meeting, administrative matters,
  
  Skills:
  1. University degree and 2 years working experience in a corporate environment
  2. High proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
  3. Highly organized, good time-management.
  4. Brings own ideas and suggestions
  5. Interest in beauty/personal care products/home care products
  6. Graphic design skills a plus
