Job Description:
- Implement inventory specific savings levers such as vendors stocking, supplier managed, consignment programs along with managing proper stocking levels
- Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction, using Down Time Waiting for Parts, Unplanned Zero Bin Report and Change Control Board Process
- Work with direct and cross functional team to implement/execute global strategic plan for frontend manufacturing project
- Responsible for providing input to leaders on implementing dept. strategies, processes and policy through actives participants on teams and projects
- Monitor and support production service level, includes Safety Stocks and Recorder Point adjustments and materials obsolesces
- Actively participant in continuous improvement initiatives.
Supply Fulfilment Execution:
- Manage delivery schedule and order release / ensure materials fulfilled
- Support pull in request that has impact to wafer loading and expedite deliveries
- Block materials due to quality issues, release or reorder
Interface with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners and Supplier on (Materials Management Strategies)
- Ensure requirement are met
- Sustain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate requirements and expectations to leaders and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 year of experience in management services and supplies involved in supporting projects and order fulfilment management
- Ability working with various internal and external stakeholders in supporting
- Meticulous with good organizational, problem solving and administrative skills
