Responsibilities:

1. Clearly understand customer's problems and translate it back to R&D, describing the problem in data analytics angles
2. Prepare all relevant publicity and educational materials required for smooth launch and continued visibility of our products
3. Engage the customer to define or consult on the product applications and setup in pre-sales activities
4. Together with the local field teams, ensure the successful deployment and support of our products in the customer's environment
5. Train and consult the field teams and customers on all product features and applications
6. Author product, application and technology materials (documentation or multimedia materials) to increase visibility of the products and features and to educate users on the proper application of the products and features.
7. Ensure customer's successful application of our products in order to gain repeat sales

Requirements

• At least 3 years customer service or application engineering experience
• Electronic Engineering or Computer Science background
• Excellent verbal and written English skills with strong presentation skills
• Proficient in electronics and able to read product schematics
• Strong skills in troubleshooting electronic products using desktop instruments
• Able to thrive under pressure and have experience handling the most critical of customer escalations with calm and respect
• The ability to motivate others to give their best with proven track record of these skills
• Possess excellent time management skills and multitasking skills
• Solution orientated and result driven
• Experience in test development or support is preferred
• Experience in supporting data analytics applications is preferred
• Experience in selling software applications is preferred
