Manage multiple projects from start to end - requirement, design, development, testing, implementation, and handover to IT operations.
Manage the entire project management processes from initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and closure.
Work with project sponsors and system owners to establish project plans and seek approval from management and key stakeholders.
Oversee and prepare documentation for each project phase as required by the company's SDLC and project management framework.
Track and manage project progress, coordinate and monitor all project tasks, escalate issues to management and key stakeholders.
Manage external vendors and/or internal resources towards the successful completion of projects
Prepare status reports and present to management and key stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
Handle procurement process including contract, invoice and payment matters.
Build and maintain good relationships with users, project sponsors and vendors.
Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the team members.
Work with the team to plan and manage BAU activities, including server patching, DR drill, incident, and problem management etc
Perform other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from recognized institution.
With knowledge in project life cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Min. 5 years of work experience as an IT Project Manager from banking industry
Experience in working in a complex matrix organization.
Experience in managing regional program.
A process-oriented team player who can work well in multi-cultured environment.
Experience in managing a project team of 10 or more
Experience in managing external team.
Attention to details.
Good sense of accountability and ownership
