• Manage the implementation of customer projects and provide updates to the customer regularly
• Identify and provide solutions to any issue, risks and other impediments to project delivery
• Work with internal and external partners effectively
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors and partners on service provisions process
• Ensure smooth implementation with all deliverables

Requirements

• Degree with minimum 5 years of IT industry working experience with min.
• At least 2 years of working experience in managing ICT project
• CCNA/CCNP, PMP or PRINCE2 certified will be an advantage
• With below product knowledge is preferable:
  • Cloud-related product (AWS, Azure, Aliyun etc.)
  • Security-related product (Fortinet next-gen firewall, Palo Alto, Forcepoint etc)
• Well organized, positive thinking and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory
