Project Manager (SFDC Implementation & Launch)


  1. Project Management
  1. Represent market as point of contact for all activities related to SFDC Lightning launch
  2. Collaborate with Market and Regional stakeholders to develop and align market specific project plan, milestones and activities
  3. Manage the delivery of agreed milestones and activities within agreed timeframe
  4. Ensure resources in market are clear about plan, roles and responsibilities
  1. Expertise of related systems, processes, data and reports
  1. Become expert of current and future state for systems, process, data and reports that relate to the SFDC Lightning launch
  2. Ensure knowledge is incorporated where applicable for UAT, End User Training and Go-Live, as well as communicated and accounted for as part of change management
  3. Attend Global & Regional Super User Trainings to be come point of contact for new system design
  1. User acceptance testing (UAT) and End User Training
  1. Plan and conduct User Acceptance testing and End User training in market
  2. Customize and translate Global UAT scripts and End User Training material for market
  3. Document and summarize UAT findings as an outcome of the UAT, share findings and rational for failed test items
  4. Act as Subject Matter Expert for End Users during training to clarify questions around processes, data and dashboards and how SFDC Lightning relates to other systems utilized by users
  1. Lead communication and Change management
  1. Customize, translate and cascade Global and Regional communications to market stakeholders
  2. Lead communication and change management efforts in market to ensure information is cascaded to the appropriate groups and change management addresses impacted stakeholder to ensure adoption of SFDC Lightning
  3. Conduct go-live activities before go-live, like demos, newsletter, townhall, follow up emails to re-iterate logistics, wall papers
  1. Go-Live and Hypercare
  1. Plan and conduct pre-Go-live activities, like launch celebration, Exec messages, chatter communication in SFDC
  2. Monitor adoption and launch success; act as point of contact for any feedback by users on system functionality, questions and problems. Communicate any problems to Regional Business System Analysts and support solution identification
  3. Retrain users where required, and collate and share FAQs

  1. Undertake other activities and duties as agreed with manager


  • 5+ years of implementing SFDC, sales operations, pricing, contracts, or financial reporting and analysis
  • Degree in a related discipline or a combination of Sales and/or Marketing and IT experience and education resulting in a sound understanding of CRMs, Sales operation and administration.
  • Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set
  • Good experience in SFDC Lighting and its implementation
  • Business acumen and skills appropriate for management and sales level communication (oral & written)
  • Must be capable of working with both speed and accuracy
  • Thorough understanding of Sales, Key Account Management, Sales & Commercial Operations and all in relation to sales force activity, contract and pricing administration
  • Team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal/external customers as well as across the entire Sales and Commercial teams are essential.
  • Intermediate skill in the use of PowerPoint and Word.
