• Conduct QC inspection of parts in local warehouse facility
• Manage claims from customer, including receiving, updating and re-distribution to concerned PIC/suppliers
• Interface with suppliers and customers on quality issues and follow-up on failure analysis
• Drawing control/Engineering Change/End of Life management
• Involve in various quality assurance activities
• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Willing to travel within Singapore and with class 3 driving license
