Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for software testing and quality assurance of data warehouse products
- Work closely with the internal teams to perform testing activities in an Agile development environment
- Understand and analyze requirements, prepare test data, design and execute test cases via manual and/or automation testing
- Report testing progress, highlight risks to stakeholders and manage defects
- Adopt and develop automation framework & tools, continuously improving automated test suites and delivery efficiency, integrate and execute automated cases via CI/CD pipeline
- Focus on functional testing, and support on non-functional testing when required.
- Ensure the quality of the system under test, and strive to improve the quality and efficiency of testing through process enhancement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineer/Information Technology or related discipline
- Min. 3 years of working experience in software testing and automation
- Hands-on experience of software testing
- Good exposure to automation framework (BDD/Data-Driven/Selenium/TestNg/Hybrid/etc.)
- Familiarity with at least one of the programming languages: Java, Python, Go, C++
- Knowledge of RESTful API testing is preferred
- Knowledge of other DBMS is a plus
- Knowledge of big data testing is a plus
- Knowledge of OLAP engines such as ClickHouse, Greenplum, etc. is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
