What will you be doing:

• New business development in SEA region to include Healthcare, Education, Industrial and Transportation markets
• Maintain current market share in all segments
• Generate new leads, build up the sales funnel & manage sales projects until closing.
• Build relationship with clients that encourage long term adoption of the product.
• Build networks to architects, end users, designers, general contractors and key customers.
• Appoint new and manage existing distributors for construction projects.
• Understand clients' requirements and customise solutions according to their preferences

You will have:

• Experience in specification selling of building materials.
• Experience in identifying and managing distributors.
• Existing network with end users in the education, healthcare, manufacturing or transportation sectors.
