Job Scope :
To manage file / folder structure of all data & the user/group permissions of employees access to data in Company. To be responsible for company-wide data security administration and functions.
Job Responsibilities :
- Hands-on management of Regional Fortinet Firewall and Fortinet VPN
- Preferred knowledge of Fortinet Secure SD-Wan
- Hands-on experience of managing McAfee ePO, DLP,MS Defender and Bit-Locker and End-Point security
- Knowledge of SOC and SIEM
- Develop and maintain high-level network security system
- Utilize Active Directory to secure user accounts, permissions and develop a strong file and folder structure
- To resolve user inquiries and problems regarding security operations
- Develop security policies and procedures to secure data across the network
- Responsible for installing and maintenance of security software
- Perform security audits, risk assessments, analysis and penetration testing
- Conduct Security Awareness Training and Phishing Email Simulation training
- Recommend security enhancements to management
- Monitor and document security breaches and assess liability
- Recommend data security solutions to improve data security
- Any other duties as per assigned by the management
Job Requirements : - Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of work experience in data security or Network administration
- Possess CISSP Security certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be resourceful and customer service centric
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
