Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to sales and technical support personnel from distributors and subsidiaries
Support distributors and subsidiaries in providing customers with technical support (via phone, email &/or onsite) for installations and product maintenance
Support distributors and subsidiaries in troubleshooting and resolving product performance problems (via phone, email &/or onsite) highlighted by customers
Prepare technical documentation (including official memos and SOPs) on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for distributors and subsidiaries
Support on product warranty
Provide field support to ASEAN and South Asia
Requirements:
Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification
Experience in servicing of analytical instruments is advantageous
At least 2 years of field service experience
