Sales Support responsibilities:

  • Setting up new accounts within AX & CRM, data entry as required
  • Register new supplies and upload new products in AX
  • Manage incoming & outgoing shipments, register products received & shipped in AX, track stock movement
  • Assist Sales Managers & Financial Operations Officer with orders' processing, invoicing and payment collection
  • Prepares regular and ad-hoc sales reports, and performs basic analysis
  • Stock management: monthly stock count reporting for SEA, timely stock order & forecast, provision tracking
  • Process customer RMA requests and register in CRM
  • Web-shop management: products & prices update, orders processing
  • Client assistance: support the clients with information on the range of products and services as requested

Administration responsibilities:

  • Miscellaneous office management tasks (e.g. postage and mail distribution, purchasing office supplies, arranging regular office cleaning, keep records of fixed assets, etc.)
  • Maintain and update relevant company databases and files (e.g. GDPMD documents, preparation for audits)
  • Assist with medical device products registration & import license
  • Travel coordination (e.g. flights & hotel booking for SEA team)
  • Expense claim processing for SEA team
  • Supports and assists the company in the organisation of events such as client training workshops, product launches and seminars, manufacturer information evenings for internal TSMs, client open days etc.
