The Sales Manager will be responsible to grow and develop the company product/service lines to achieve sales goals for the assigned regions/markets. And, to work closely with Sales team to build the Company's Brand to meet the sales objectives. With knowledge of science and the business including corporate contacts to develop and deliver profitable initiatives and build sales.
Keys Accountabilities:
- Working with Regional Sales/Director of Sales, to develop and implementation sales strategies and tactics for products/services, new markets and to secure business in a competitive environment
- Responsible to understand the customer's research application and match Company's services and products to align with the customer's research project requirements
- Introducing to new markets, drive business expansion in collaboration with Sales Team
- Build and expand a business reference network to help grow and develop new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree in Science, preferably life science or related discipline
- Relevant Sales experience and a high level of professional expertise
- Knowledge of Biological and CRO (Contract Research Organization) market. Emphasis on gene synthesis, antibody and cell Line Products/Services
