Job Description
- Carry out quantities taking off during tendering
- Assistnat in drafting Contract Agreement, Letter of Award & Intent, checking sub-contract documentations, negotiations and payments
- Prepare Tender and issue contracts to contractors
- Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
- Prepare and finalization of subcontract document (incorporate all contract and technical requirements)
- Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
- Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors
- Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for VO for valuation
- Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoices against delivery order
Requirement
- Degree holder
- Relevant QS and Contract experience in Singapore within Construction industry
- Strong knowledge in M&E
- Familiar with Singapore Regulation
