- Manage relations with existing clients
- Finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to company standards and policies.
- Client satisfaction.
- System design, diagrams.
- Programming, Testing & Commission, trouble shooting.
- Product pre-testing.
- Preparing project 'engineering package' according to standard.
- Site inspections. Coordination with PM, client (when needed), third parties, sub-contractors.
- Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals
- On site client training
- Coordinate all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region
- Ensure quality of services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
- Provide routine preventive maintenances.
- Handle daily troubleshooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.
- Take over all service issues from Project team after Extremal Hand Over done.
- Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional custom or training.
- Diagrams update after HO.
- Manage service sub-contractors and attend internal training, improving skills.
