An international solution provider offering digital enablement service to help customers deliver wonderful business outcome is now searching for a passionate Service Delivery Manager to join their team.
The Role
- Being the point of contact and responsible for all operational events and escalations
- Plan, monitor and deliver operational tasks timely and successfully
- Deliver service to customers based on the agreed signed contracts
- Build good rapport with vendors and partners to deliver product support and manage customer expectation
- Responsible for all escalations on technical grounds and manage customer accordingly
- Team bonding with all the supports engineers and mentoring on support delivery
- Create and develop SOP, technical documentation, knowledge base
- Conduct postmortem and root cause analysis to clear identify the issue
- Develop prevention plan/strategy
- Engage and collaborate with cross function teams to represent company as one and improve support functionality
To be successful in this role, you shall have the following pre-requisites:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent
- 7 years of experience in networking technologies
- 5 years of experience in network operations with proven track record in leading operations and customer engagement
- Good understanding on networking concepts and networking devices: routers, switches, firewall, NAC,
- Good knowledge on Aruba Clearpass, Fortinet & Palo Alto Firewalls,
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Smart-working attitude and ability to work under pressure and high demanding customers
- Out of box thinking
- CCNP, ITIL certified
- Ability to articulate technical issues in layman terms to non-technical audiences
- Singaporeans only
